Courage isn’t the absence of fear – it’s taking action despite it.
If you have a dream, start by writing it down. When your dream takes shape on paper, it becomes a vision. Something tangible. Something that wants to be lived.

Next, make a list:

  • What steps will bring you closer to that dream?
  • What do you need to learn?
  • What can you do right now, today?

Don’t worry if you don’t have all the answers. You don’t have to know it all. You don’t even have to be ready. Just be willing. Accept the fear, especially the fear of the unknown.

Celebrate all the setbacks. They show you the way, what works and what doesn't.

It’s a natural part of stepping into something new. Fear doesn’t mean stop – it means go gently, consciously, and with an open heart.Start small. Start messy. But start. That’s the real secret to being brave.
